Phase 1: Design

Initial Brief with Client

Preliminary Designs shared and discussed at which point client chooses features. Designs at this stage allow for accurate communication with the City and requirements being put in place as part of the planning and bidding stages. That translates to: no surprises and an accurate starting point for clients and BDC. Cutting out the guess work leaves clients feeling confident and well-informed.

 

BDC Develops Project Estimate

We make it easy to make transactions—we take credit cards!

 
 

Phase 2: BUILD

  • Permits Obtained

  • Finalize Design with Client

  • Construction Begins!
